Wearing your aligners

  • Take your aligners out to eat and drink. Brush your teeth and put the aligners back again.
  • For best result, wear your invisalign aligners for 20 to 22 hours.

     

  • Teen’s aligners will have blue compliance indicator to ensure that they are wearing them enough.

Getting new sets of aligner

  • Each set of aligners can be used for one to two weeks as prescribed by the doctor.
  • Doctors checkups can be scheduled every six to eight weeks for the progress and pickup next batch of aligners.
  • Wearing the new aligners may feel little discomfort at first which is completely normal.

Cleaning your aligners

  • Rinse your aligners every night and brush them gently with your toothbrush to keep them fresh and clean.
